Fixed! All you need to do is change the width of the video to 525 in the embed, and the height to something proportional. Here's a handy table I use:

640/385 = 525/315
640/390 = 525/320
425/344 = 525/424
480/385 = 525/421
400/320 = 525/420
400/225 = 525/295
