This is my karate master doing an incredibly hard thing and I just had to share it with you because it was so impressive. Go ahead and try to break a rock with your hand later and you'll see.

what is astonishing about this is that he holds the rock in his other hand, ruining any opportunity to take leverage into your advantage. that is hard core rock breaking.
Well, he lifts the rock with his left hand, but then pushes it into the table-surface when he strikes it with his right. I think it's this impact that provides the shock that fractures the rock. I mean, not that that diminishes the feat in any way. Not that I could push a fucking rock into anything hard enough to break it.
Oh, I could drop it from a great height, and break it, maybe, or put a steel bar on it and then drive over the steel bar. That's different, though.
I had never seen him break a rock before, just giant blocks of ice with various part of his body which seems more impressive to an audience but apparently is easier than this.
What does your master have against matter?
Pony I'm guessing he isn't against all matter, but may have issues with forms of solid matter. Sort of like midgets and scat.
FAKA!: 10 points
I took aikido when I was 6 or 7. We had to break chopsticks using the paper the chopsticks were wrapped in. I remember there was a fold in the paper, and that might have had something to do with how we were able to do it... I do remember focusing really really hard, though, and our instructor saying that was the key. What's that all about?
