Apparently Ireland is granting citizenship to people who can trace their roots to Ireland in two generations. So say, if you're grandmother was born there, you're an Irish citizen by default.

I noticed the moose photo! You would think a paper like the Wall Street Journal would be a little more thoughtful with the photos it selected. Couldn't they find a photo of some famous Canadians to use instead?
