This post alone gets me hyper about lego again. 

The complete lack of color coordination leaves me feeling like I need to wash, though.

I remember very much the sensation of spending a minute looking for a specific part, and then finding another part that would maybe work better. I would never have thought to use this new part if it hadn't been where I though the part I was originally looking for should have been.
