Bong cat. Or maybe cat bong?

Neb. man who put cat in bong says it calmed cat

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — A Nebraska man says he stuffed his girlfriend's cat into a makeshift bong and filled it with marijuana smoke because he was trying to calm the cat down and it seemed to work previously.
----
Schomaker says he put the cat in the bong three times over the last week and it made the cat "act like a stoned person."

So, umm. How were the police alerted to this exactly?
Sigh.

I like the phrase "I know now that what I did was wrong." I like it because you only hear it during press conferences, and because people never use it to describe a choice that would usually be considered morally gray. It also begs the larger moral question: if you're capable of knowing that something is wrong, don't you already know? (Or maybe the smaller moral question of confusing the words "wrong" and "not secret".)

Apparently the police responded to a "domestic disturbance" and found the guy smoking the pot/cat.

I don't know if just being capable of knowing something is wrong means you know it's wrong. For example, I think this guy probably thought the cat would enjoy getting stoned and he was doing it a favor.

Didn't Nakana do something similar to his dog in Colorado?

It never occurred to me that the guy was smoking cat. I wonder what that does to you. Can't be good if you have allergies.

I think it may have been a hamster. I do know that Nakana is beyond good and evil, though.
