immortal jellyfish


scientists have discovered an animal that can theoretically infinitely regenerate itself. why oh why did it have to be a jellyfish?? *shudder*

    I have nothing but love for these briny beasts. I am not fond of their tentacles coming into contact with my body though.

    for some reason a mortal fear of jellyfish is deeply ingrained in me and my siblings. i blame the portugese manowar attack in "starring sally j friedman as herself".

    i'm generally scared of stepping on or bumping into something nasty underwater.

    jellyfish are pretty cool if they're not in water i'm in though.
