I like how you zero in on the MP3 store but totally ignore how there is a giant schoolgirl, with her underwear showing, straddling a commuter train! I wonder if this is real or a doctored photo. The neighborhood is definitely Akihabara. It's easy to tell the train is the Sobu line which goes to that station. If any neighborhood would have a giant schoolgirl straddling a train so the entire neighborhood could see her underwear, it would be Akihabara.
Are we to read the above as a) An example of Odori's expert powers of observation and sleuthing,orb) A result of how many hours she has spent in the Akihabara district?
